Welcome to connections. This mediation will support and uplift your experience of meditation. We all practice mediation for all sorts of reasons. Some of us want to center ourselves from the business of the world, or find relief from our thoughts, or calm or thinking to help discern choices to be made. Mediation is also a great tool to connect with the joyfulness which is innately part of us, and to connect with the Divine Essence, or something that is larger than ourselves.
