After you attempt each track, then you can pick and choose which ones are really effective for you on any given day. You can decide which themes, and which overall experience you want to have. Then I encourage you to go off-track. Try and run through the steps of each track in your head, at your own pace, creating your own, individual track. Its like the difference between going to yoga class, and then practicing one day, on your own, at home.
